• Go to https://muse.ai → enter the account email → click Continue.
• Open the link next to your email → click GET VERIFICATION CODE to see your 6-digit code. If your order has only an email (no link): read the code at https://generator.email/your-email
• Enter the code on Muse to log in.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES (MANDATORY READ):
• 3-HOUR LOGIN CHECK: if the account cannot log in the first time (you clicked Continue and Resend code but no code arrives, the email does not exist, or the account is already locked at delivery), contact support within 3 hours of delivery with your order code and a screenshot of the error → we replace the account; if out of stock, the faulty account is refunded to your wallet.
• After 3 hours, or once you have logged in: NO support, no replacement, no refund.
• NOT SUPPORTED: Muse asks for face photo verification (even at the first login); the account gets locked, logged out or loses tokens AFTER you have logged in; the waitlist error; Muse policy changes.
• Muse asks for face photo verification? You can try uploading any photo. Whether it passes is up to Muse.
• Always click Continue (send code) on Muse FIRST, then open the code link. If you open the link first there is no code yet (the page shows only new codes, never old ones).
• Muse shows "You're on the waitlist" (region error)? Turn on a US or Canada VPN and log in again. This is not an account fault.
• No code yet? Click "Resend code" on Muse, wait 10–20 seconds, then get the code again.
• Login is by email code only (no password). Do not share your code link with anyone.

No warranty. We only help with a failed first login reported within 3 hours of delivery (order code + error screenshot): replacement, or a refund of that account if out of stock. Nothing is handled after 3 hours or once you have logged in. Not supported: face verification, the account being locked, logged out or losing tokens after a successful login, or the waitlist error (use a US/Canada VPN).
